The villa
The living area
Half a hill, lying on a terrace overlooking the sea, the house enjoys a wonderful view in a beautiful natural setting.
The villa is 600 square meters distributed on one floor.
The living area is spacious and cosy: the lounge with comfortable sofas, TV and WI-FI box offers maximum comfort. The dining room with a table for 16 people is perfect for large dinners.
Two large covered terraces with sofas and tents, allow you to have lunch and relax outdoors. An additional dining and living room with a frescoed loggia, ideal for a meal in the open air. The kitchen, large and well equipped, has a 90 cm hob, two ovens and double fridge, perfect to accommodate many diners.
The area is completed by a guest bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The sleeping area
The sleeping area of the villa is composed of several elegant and comfortable rooms. On the main floor we find a suite with double bedroom, sitting room, private bathroom with jacuzzi and wardrobe, as well as a double bedroom with private bathroom and wardrobe. To complete the sleeping area, there is a double bedroom and a triple room for children, with a shared bathroom. Finally, the attic on the upper floor houses a double bedroom, a sitting room and a bathroom with shower, offering an intimate and private space.
Submerged in a stunning park
Villa Le Cupe is surrounded by a magnificent park organized in various lush gardens and bordered by rows of olive trees and large trees. The 10x5 swimming pool is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. The property boundaries are all fenced and access is through an automatic gate.
Location
In a strategic position, our Villa is 300 meters from the sea with well-equipped beach and served.
The sea is particularly clean, protected by rocks in different parts and ideal for children.
The sandy beach of Cupra Marittima lies below the villa, offering all services: railway station, supermarket, post office, banks, restaurants, bars, shops
In the surroundings
Also accessible via the suggestive cycle path that runs parallel to the sea there is Grottammare, a small village.
San Benedetto del Tronto, famous tourist resort, is 7 km away and offers social life, shopping, nightlife, restaurants.
Ascoli Piceno pre-Roman city with one of the most harmonious and famous squares in Italy and Fermo, provincial capitals, are 40 minutes drive away and offer culture and history.
The motorway A14, interchanges Pedaso or Grottammare, are both 10 minutes drive; the airports of Pescara and Ancona 1 hour.
